The hydrological telemeter comprises a master control circuit board, as well as a touch display screen, a data memory, a humiture sensor, a switching power supply module, a water-stage gage, a water manometer, a flowmeter, a rain gage and a GPRS/ GSM module which are connected with the master control circuit board, wherein the master control circuit board is provided with a central processing unit, and is connected with a solar photovoltaic plate, a PWM charging circuit and a storage battery which are connected in sequence, and the PWM charging circuit is connected with the master control circuit board; the master control circuit board is further connected with a DC/DC switching circuit connected with the central processing unit, the switching power supply module is connected with the DC/DC switching circuit, the switching power supply module outputs DC12V voltage, the DC12V voltage is taken as the input of the DC/DC switching circuit, and the DC/DC switching circuit outputs DC3.3V voltage. The hydrological telemeter provided by the invention can be widely used for distant range hydrology and water resource information acquisition and transmission.
