The belt cleaner comprises a blade, a blade support plate, a rotary shaft and a tool rest fixing seat, wherein the blade is fixed to the upper end of the blade support plate; the lower end of the blade support plate is fixed to the rotary shaft; the rotary shaft is arranged below a belt discharge port by virtue of the tool rest fixing seat; and the blade contacts with a belt. The belt cleaner further comprises a heating device arranged on the rotary shaft, heat generated by the heating device can be transferred onto the blade through the rotary shaft and the blade support plate, each component can be prevented from being iced, and ice already formed on the surface of a belt conveyer can also be thawed in the initial stage of running of the belt conveyer, so that normal working of the cleaner is ensured, and a cleaning effect of the cleaner in a low-temperature environment is improved. The heating device is a heating pipe arranged in the rotary shaft, and is simple in structure and convenient to install. The belt cleaner further comprises a spring tensioner located between a rotary shaft connection seat and the tool rest fixing seat, wherein the blade closely contacts with the belt due to torsion generated by the spring tensioner, so that a cleaning effect for the blade is further improved.
