Problems solved by technology

[0005](1) Lack of a complete and effective construction technical plan;
[0006](2) There is no effective anchoring method at the arch foot of the tie bar;
[0007](3) The above-mentioned patent documents do not determine the tension of the tie rods, and excessive application of the tension of the tie rods may cause damage to the abutment beams and stress on the main arch ring redistribution; if the tension of the tie bar is insufficient, the main arch ring will generate horizontal thrust at the arch foot

Embodiment Construction

[0057] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0058] Such as figure 1 As shown, the bridge combination of the double-width continuous rigid frame bridge 1 to be strengthened in this embodiment is (65+120+65)m, the middle span of the bridge is L=120m, and the zero block length of the main girder is L 0 = 10m, the clear distance D between the inner webs 3 of the two b = 10m, the mid-span deflection of the middle span is 18.0cm.

[0059] The reinforcement structure reinforced by the present invention includes a main arch ring 6, a tie rod 8 and a suspender 7; The arch base 62 is formed, the arch axis of the main arch ring 6 is a quadratic parabola, the sagittal height f of the arch axis is f=26.7m, the section of the concrete arch rib 61 is 4m (along the bridge direction) × 2.4m (cross bridge direction), and the wall thickness is 0.6m; the section of the steel arch 62 is 4m (direction along the bridge) × 2.4m (cros...

Abstract

Disclosed is a reinforcement structure for a tied arch of a double-frame continuous rigid frame bridge. A main arch ring is composed of a concrete arch rib and steel arch supports, and the steel arch supports are buried in arch support beams on piers and between two internal webs. Tiebars which are embedded through ducts and used for anchoring after being tensioned are provided in the arch support beams. Boom anchoring beams symmetrically arranged between the two internal webs are provided in the direction along the bridge by taking the midspan center line of the bridge as the center. The upper and lower ends of booms penetrate through the concrete arch rib and the corresponding ducts on the boom anchoring beams, and are used for anchoring after being tensioned. The size of the arch support beams and the number of strands in each tiebar in the reinforcement structure are calculated through formulas, the horizontal displacement of the arch support beams is guaranteed not to exceed [delta], and thus a reliable foundation is provided for the main arch ring; the tiebars in the arch support beams can balance the horizontal force, on the arch support beams, generated by the vehicle load, the tensioned booms and the dead weight of the main arch ring, to make the arch support beams and the main arch ring to be in the best stress state; and a complete set of construction technology programs is provided for solving the disease of excessive downwarping generated in the span middle of the midspan of the double-frame continuous rigid frame bridge.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to bridge engineering, in particular to a tie arch reinforcement structure suitable for double-width continuous rigid frame bridges and a construction method thereof. Background technique [0002] After a large number of double-width continuous rigid frame bridges are put into use, some defects often appear, among which the more typical defect is the excessive downward deflection of the middle span of the continuous rigid frame bridge. [0003] Aiming at this technical problem, CN102322019A patent document discloses a tied-arch-T-shaped rigid frame cooperative system bridge. This system is to add concrete arch ribs, tie rods and suspenders to the general T-shaped rigid frame girder, and the T-shaped rigid frame uses concrete materials. Its engineering cost is lower than that of cable-stayed bridges or suspension bridges with the same span, and it is suitable for long-span bridge structures; the arch system is adopted, so that the...
