The control method includes the steps that after a starting mode instruction is received, whether a refrigerant needs to be preheated or not is determined according to the starting mode information and / or the heat exchange tube temperature of an indoor unit heat exchanger (11), and if yes, a liquid-state refrigerant at the liquid-state refrigerant circulating side of the indoor unit heat exchanger (11) is started to be preheated; a reversing valve (4) is controlled to reverse and switch the refrigerant to be in a heating mode after heating is conducted by a first preset time; and an indoor fan (12) is controlled to operate when the refrigerant temperature meets the requirements. By the adoption of the control method, the liquid-state refrigerant at the liquid-state refrigerant circulating side of the indoor unit heat exchanger can be preheated before being reversed and switched to be in the heating mode through the reversing valve, the refrigerant temperature can meet the starting conditions of the indoor fan within a short time in reversing or after reversing of the reversing valve, high voltage protection is avoided, and therefore normal operation of a unit is guaranteed, and the heating comfort is improved.
