The method includes the steps: effectively dividing original data into patient samples and normal human samples; setting evaluation standards, and filtering, complementing and combining effective data; designing core selectors; taking different probes of detection samples as different characteristics of the samples; replacing one problem into the other problem of 'characteristic selection'; selecting m probes with top of the list by the core selectors; acquiring gene names according to the probes by the aid of gene chip platform data to obtain influence factors of diseases at the genetic level.
