An electronic-control and directionally-rotating single-phase self-starting permanent-magnet synchronous motor comprises a stator, a permanent-magnet rotor, a switch and a control circuit, wherein the stator and the permanent-magnet rotor are same in pole number, the axis of each pole of the stator rotates by an acute angle along a set circumferential direction by taking an axis of a pole nearest to the stator in a free state, a stator winding has a stipulated winding direction and is accessed to an AC power supply through the switch, the control circuit comprises a detection circuit and a built-in program, the built-in program comprises the step of driving the switch to control the AC power supply so as to make the winding energized according to a detected signal, and magnetism with stipulated polarity is shown on a pole surface of a stator core before starting the motor. By the design, the pre-positioning detection process of a traditional technology during starting of the motor is omitted, thus, the performance is improved, and the cost is reduced.
