Abstract

The discharging rotating disc is fixed to the lower side of the first fixing plate. Part of the outer edge of the discharging rotating disc extends to the peripheral outer side of the first fixing plate. The discharging rotating disc is always located under the first avoiding groove. The discharging rotating disc is matched with a first rotating disc drive device. Under the effect of the first rotating disc drive device, the discharging rotating disc rotates so that the containing grooves can be aligned with the first avoiding groove, or the containing grooves are rotated to the peripheral outer side of the first fixing plate.
