Abstract

The invention provides an overhead line standard picture library collection device and a working method thereof. The device and the method are applied to a hand-push type inspection vehicle. The hand-push type inspection vehicle is operated on a railway in a construction phase. The collection device comprises a photographing device, a storage module and a triggering device. The triggering device comprises at least two laser radars. The laser radars are arranged at front and rear ends of an advancing direction of the inspection vehicle and are used for outputting triggering signals when it is inspected that the distance between an overhead line support post and the inspection vehicle is equal to a preset threshold value. The photographing device comprises a plurality of photographing modules. The photographing modules are arranged at the front and rear ends of the advancing direction of the inspection vehicle, are connected with the triggering device and are used for photographing pictures of both sides of overhead line components according to the triggering signals. The storage module is connected with the photographing device and is used for storing the pictures of both sides of the overhead line components.
