The system comprises an external heat exchanger 01, an internal heat exchanger 02, an internal heat exchanger 03, a drying filter 04, a gas liquid separator 05, a compressor 06, a bidirectional throttle expansion valve 11, a four-way valve 12, a one-way valve 13, a branch 21, a branch 22 and an air distribution box 23, wherein the compressor motor is driven by a direct current frequency converting control technology, and a compressor operation signal and a control signal are transmitted by means of CAN communication. The control method mainly comprises the following steps of: initializing a compressor controller; monitoring the compressor state; controlling operation of the compressor and the like.
