According to the method, after a proxy server receives request information which is transmitted from a terminal for uploading an objective file to the server or downloading the objective file from the server is received, the proxy server acquires the objective file. Only when the objective file does not carry a malicious virus, the objective file is transmitted to the server or transmitted to the terminal according to the request information.
