Abstract

The present invention discloses a high-frequency ozone generator capacitive load reactive compensation method. As shown in a figure imaginary line frame, the method is that: two ends of an ozone generator capacitive load C are connected in parallel with air gap adjustable reactors, wherein C is an equivalent capacitor of the serial connection of an air gap capacitor Cg and a dielectric capacitor Cd. The objective of the design of the air gap adjustable reactor is to perform reactive compensation of the capacitive load with dynamic changing capacitance. The reactor is designed according to the condition that the load two-end network impedance imaginary part is zero and there is an air gap in the reactor magnetic circuit to successfully realize reactive compensation and optimize the reactive compensation effect through changing of the inductance value of the reactor, and the result shows that the power supply output capacity reduces 53%; the power factor of the whole machine is improved from 0.88 to 0.94; and each part of the system reduces the temperature rise, the buffer capacitor temperature rise reduces 40%, and the active loss is reduced. The performances of the high-frequency ozone generator are substantially improved.
