Abstract

The shaking platform is only provided with a carrier platform, a rotating shaft, a piezoelectric transducer and a base, wherein the piezoelectric transducer consists of a rectangular metal plate and piezoelectric ceramics stuck on the surface of the rectangular metal plate; an arc-shaped groove is formed in the middle of the long side of the rectangular metal plate, and the surface of the groove is contacted with a rotor of the rotating shaft; the compound vibration of longitudinal vibration and bending vibration of the rectangular metal plate is excited by applying an electrical signal having a phase difference of pi/2, and the elliptical motion of particles occurs on the surface of the groove. The rotor is driven to make reciprocating rotation within a certain angle range by means of friction, and the carrier platform is further driven to swing, so that a wave motion is produced in cell culture fluid, and the mixing of culture and oxygen transfer on the surfaces of gas and liquid are realized.
