Abstract

The data processing terminal includes a front-end signal conditioning circuit, a data acquisition module, a DDS signal generation source module, a DA waveform generation module, a host computer communication module and other device communication modules. A FPGA in the data acquisition module can convert acquired signals into functional signals of one or more functions in an oscilloscope, a spectrum analysis, a phase analysis, a frequency meter and a frequency sweeper. The DDS signal generation source module can generate a signal source with the frequency up to 200MHz. The DA waveform generation module can generate special waveforms or synthesize any signal source, so as to realize the multi-function of the virtual instrument.
