The invention provides a universal platform for environment endurance test of the control module of an engine, comprising an industrial control computer, a signal generating sub-system, a state monitoring sub-system, a simulation load sub-system box, an environment test box, application software, a database management system, etc. The system is constructed on the basis of key techniques such as control technique of electro-jet motor, multilayer CAN bus network communication technique, endurance test criterion and PCM long-term reliability assessment method. Based on dummy instrument technique and an embedded computer system, the invention can provide analog signals of a vehicle sensor and action of an execution mechanism, real-time control environment variables and a large-power DC power supply and on-line monitor operation state of PCM, thus evaluating the endurance of PCM by a reliability evaluation expert system. The platform is compatible to environment endurance tests of PCM of multi-manufactures and multi-types and is the open test system with high upgrading and expanding capacity.
