Abstract

The control apparatus includes: a main circuit, a PR control circuit, an electromagnetic equation circuit, a reactive and voltage regulating circuit, a pre-synchronous circuit, and an active and frequency regulating circuit. The active and frequency regulating circuit includes: a first comparator, a first amplifier, an inertia regulating circuit, a PI regulating circuit, a first switch, a second switch, a second adding device, a third comparator, and a third integrator. According to the invention, the active and frequency regulating circuit is configured to be the PI regulating circuit and the inertia regulating circuit, such that different regulating circuits can be selected at different states, and in circumstances that no complexity is added to the control algorithm, can realize smooth switching among different modes without the need for phase-locked loop; when grid frequency fluctuates, the method can also realize mutual coordination among constant power control and inertia, damping support of inter-connection operation VSG.
