Abstract

The invention discloses a sludge-containing wastewater treatment method which comprises the following steps: (1) firstly removing large suspended solids in wastewater; (2) lifting the wastewater into an aerated grit chamber, and removing sand, coal cinder and other particles with high specific gravity in the sewage; (3) enabling the sewage to enter a circular primary sedimentation tank to be pre-treated, and removing fine suspended organic matters; (4) enabling the water to enter an aeration tank, enabling the water to enter a circular secondary sedimentation tank to perform mud-water separation, returning partial activated sludge to the aeration tank, disinfecting the effluent in a chlorination contact tank, and discharging the water into a water body through a Parshall flume; (5) mixing the sludge in the primary sedimentation tank, the aeration tank and the secondary sedimentation tank, and enabling the sludge to enter a sludge thickener; and (6) returning the supernatant in the sludge thickener to the primary sedimentation tank to be treated again, treating the sludge containing organic matters by a sludge digestion tank, dewatering the digested sludge by a belt filter press, airing the sludge, and outward transporting the sludge. The treatment method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the sludge separation rate reaches 80% or higher, and the wastewater emission is higher than the emission standard.
