Abstract

The invention discloses a sand control test device and method for natural gas hydrate mining. The test device is composed of a constant speed constant pressure constant-flux pump, a piston mixing vessel, a sand control experiment reactor (with visual high pressure resistance, capable of intuitively observing the experimental process), a constant temperature constant pressure air supply device, and a data acquisition module. The test device and method are capable of carrying out gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow and gas-solid and liquid-solid two-phase flow high/low-pressure sand control experiments according to natural gas hydrate reservoir characteristics and depressurizing production requirements. The test device is provided with a plurality of temperature, pressure and flow sensors and is capable of performing dynamic monitoring on the sand control and sand outlet test processes and analyzing the pressure change and corresponding permeability rules at each stage of the natural gas hydrate mining sand control test. Moreover, the sand control process parameter can be optimized by adjusting the sand control simulation test scheme, the sand control effect is evaluated, and different pressure drop-capacity-sand yield change rules and characteristics thereof are conveniently analyzed and calculated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sand control test device and method for natural gas hydrate mining, and belongs to the field of sand control technology testing for natural gas hydrate mining. Background technique [0002] Natural gas hydrate, an ice-like solid formed by methane and other gases and water molecules under high pressure and low temperature conditions, is increasingly attracting great attention from all countries in the world as the most ideal potential alternative energy in the new century. Gas hydrates are stored in polar permafrost and in sediments hundreds of meters below the seafloor at water depths of 500 meters or more, where they are stable at low temperatures and high pressures. At present, many researches have been carried out on the synthesis, decomposition and exploitation of natural gas hydrates at home and abroad. Most of the experimental researches are still in the field of basic theory of natural gas hydrate phase equilibrium and...
