The novel axial impact tool comprises an outer shell, an impact assembly, a speed reducer, a flow guide assembly and a turbine assembly; the novel axial impact tool adopts the technical scheme that an upper part is connected with a drill string; a lower part is connected with a screw drill or a turbine drill; during operation, a drilling fluid enters the outer shell to drive the turbine assembly to rotate at a high speed; the high-speed rotation of the turbine assembly is reduced to an appropriate operating speed of the cam by the speed reducer; periodic axial mechanical vibration and hydraulic pulse are produced by matched movement of the cam and a roller as well as axial periodic movement of an upper impact cylinder, a lower impact cylinder and an inner flow guide cylinder; a flow of the drilling fluid entering the screw drill or the turbine drill changes periodically; a drill bit generates relatively large axial impact at a relatively low rotating speed and generates relatively small axial impact at a relatively high rotating speed. The novel axial impact tool provided by the invention can effectively increase mechanical drilling speed and service life of the drill bit and improve rock breaking efficiency.
