Abstract

An efficient filtration device used for a chemical emulsifier is disclosed. The device includes a filtration rack the upper middle part of which is fixed to a conveying pipeline; and a stream stabilizing box, wherein the lower side at one end of the stream stabilizing box is connected to the bottom end of the conveying pipeline. The stream stabilizing box includes an upper material supplying cylinder and a lower material supplying cylinder which are distributed at the longitudinal direction. The middle part at one side of the stream stabilizing box is provided with a flywheel. A heating coil is used for heating and thermal insulation so as to protect fluidity from being influenced by condensation of the chemical emulsifier at a low temperature. The stream stabilizing box is used for conveying the chemical emulsifier in a stable, constant-speed, constant-pressure and constant-flow manner. The chemical emulsifier is fed into a filtration rotary cylinder through spinning flow deflectors,and is made rotating and centrifuged under geometrical guidance functions of the spinning flow deflectors. A filtration screen assembly can be dismounted and replaced. The filtration efficiency of a filtration plate is increased under vibration functions of springs. An impurity removing scraping plate collects impurities on an impurity removing disc and discharges the impurities.
