(1) The phosphate rock is mixed with a hydrochloric acid solution, sodium chloride is added, and after reaction, solid-liquid separation is performed to obtain an acidolysis solution; (2) the acidolysis solution is separated and treated to obtain a phosphoric acid solution and a calcium chloride solution; (3) the calcium chloride solution is neutralized and purified by using a stepwise pH value control method; (4) the purified calcium chloride solution is concentrated, sodium chloride is precipitated and separated due to solubility difference, and is returned to step (1) for recycling, and the concentration, crystallization and drying are continuously performed to obtain a calcium chloride product. The present application effectively solves the problems of difficult solid-liquid separation and low value of by-product calcium chloride caused by the generation of silica gel in the acidolysis process of medium and low grade phosphate rock, the decomposition rate of the phosphate rock is more than 98%, high quality phosphoric acid is obtained, the full utilization of by-products is realized, and the production cost and energy consumption are significantly reduced.

This invention discloses a method for purifying oxazepam. Crude oxazepam is added to an amide-based dipolar proton-dependent solvent, kept at a constant temperature until dissolved, then activated carbon is added for decolorization, and the mixture is filtered to obtain a filtrate. Water is added dropwise to the filtrate at 45–55°C, the temperature is lowered after addition, and the mixture is kept at 20–25°C. The mixture is then filtered to obtain a primary purified wet oxazepam product. This primary purified wet oxazepam product is added to a ketone solvent, heated, and kept at 40–50°C. After cooling and crystallization, the product is filtered to obtain the purified oxazepam product. The purity of the obtained oxazepam product is not less than 99.95%, and the content of the impurity 6-chloro-4-phenylquinoline-2-carboxaldehyde in the product does not exceed 0.02%. The method of this invention significantly reduces the amount and consumption of refining solvents, greatly increases the capacity of refining equipment, reduces preparation costs, and achieves a refining yield of over 90%, which is more than 20 percentage points higher than the yield of the prior art (70%).
