A fast switching assembly is arranged between the installation seat and the insertion plate positioning mechanism. The fast switching assembly comprises a driving device, an eccentric wheel and a baffle, wherein the eccentric wheel and the baffle are matched. A driving device drives the eccentric wheel to abut against the baffle or a clearance exists between the eccentric wheeland the baffle. By means of the floating type positioning mechanism used for the automatic insertion plate at the end portion of the integral structural steel, when adjustment is needed, the driving device is used for driving the eccentric wheel to rotate by a certain angle and a clearance is generated between the eccentric wheel and the baffle, and therefore the insertion plate positioning mechanism can float so as to eliminate the repeated positioning error.
