Abstract

The invention relates to circulating control adjustors, in particular to a steady flow adjustor of a water injection well. The steady flow adjustor is constituted in the mode that a well washing valveand a fine adjusting valve are arranged in a main valve body connected to a water injection pipeline in a series mode. One end of the main valve body is connected with an inlet A of the water injection pipeline, and the other end of the main valve body is connected to an outlet B of the water injection pipeline. The well washing valve is arranged on the outlet B side of the water injection pipeline, an automatic control adjusting valve is arranged on the inlet A side of the water injection pipeline, and the fine adjusting valve is arranged between the well washing valve and the automatic control adjusting valve. One way of the inlet A of the water injection pipeline communicates to an inlet a of the well washing valve. An outlet b of the well washing valve communicates with the outlet B of the water injection pipeline. The other way of the inlet A of the water injection pipeline communicates with an inlet c of the automatic control adjusting valve. An outlet d of the automatic controladjusting valve communicates with an inlet e of the fine adjusting valve. An outlet f of the fine adjusting valve communicates with the outlet b of the well washing valve. The steady flow adjustor ofthe water injection well is reasonable in structure design, impact generated by liquid in the flowing process on valve seats and the valves can be stabilized through the design that an inlet flow wayis larger than an outlet flow way, the service lives of the valve seats and valve rods are prolonged, the water injection quantity is stabilized, and the maintenance workload is reduced.
