Abstract

The invention discloses a static axial displacement measurement device of an air thrust bearing of an aircraft air cycle machine. An aircraft air cycle machine air thrust bearing (8) consists of a bearing mounting base (801) and a main hollow shaft (805). The measurement device comprises a pedestal (1), an adjusting force application mechanism, a load control measuring mechanism (11), a guiding platform (2), a working platform (3), an adjusting pull rod (6), and a displacement dial indicator (5); an input shaft (27) of the load control measuring mechanism is connected with the upper end of a lead screw (12) of the adjusting force application mechanism; an output shaft (26) is connected with the lower end of a guiding plate center shaft (10); and the upper end of the guiding plate center shaft is connected with the lower end of the adjusting pull rod. With the device and method disclosed by the invention, on-site measurement is carried out on a to-be-measured air thrust bearing assembly; and compared with the traditional measurement method of off-normal gap measurement on a single element of an air thrust bearing, the method disclosed by the invention enables the accuracy of the measurement result to be improved.
