The regulating device comprises a mounting base,a driving mechanism, a regulating mechanism and a glass guide roller assembly; the driving mechanism and the regulating mechanism are mounted on the same surface of the mounting base and are connected by a transition connecting plate; and the glass guide roller assembly is mounted on the driving mechanism. The invention further provides a bow shape regulating system for liquid crystal glass by utilizing the regulating device. The system comprises four regulating devices which are respectively distributed on the surfaces A and B of the liquid crystal glass at the outlet end of an annealing furnace in a way of every two of the regulating devices form a group, and the four regulating devices are respectively mounted on a beam at an outlet of the annealing furnace at the far and near ends ofthe glass. By using the device and system provided by the invention, the problems such as glass warping, poor thickness and quality standard exceeding caused by the sudden change of a bow shape when the glass passes through the outlet end of the annealing furnace and an upper guide of the outlet of the annealing furnace can be solved, and the effect of stabilizing the product quality and grade isachieved.
