Abstract

The present application discloses a video data transmission method and transmission device and a driving device. The transmission method comprises a step of receiving video data corresponding to an image screen by using a first clock frequency, a step of dividing the video data into multiple pieces of sub data, wherein each of the sub data represents display data of a partial area of the image screen, and a step of parallelly sending at least some sub data in the multiple pieces of sub data to an LED display screen by using a second clock frequency, wherein the second clock frequency is smaller than the first clock frequency. According to the transmission method, the video data is divided into the sub data to carry out frequency reduction transmission so as to reduce data transmission costand realize the long distance wire arrangement, and thus a large-size LED display can be conveniently assembled.
