Therefore, the office application is automated. The system detects whether a certain type of office application request exists automatically and the office application form is forwarded to thenode user in the predetermined flow automatically after creation of the office application form; the program of the whole process is performed automatically; no manual operation is needed; consumed time is shortened; the processing efficiency is high; the user experience is improved; and problems in the prior art are solved.
