Abstract

The invention relates to a hot isostatic pressing method. According to the method, a first powder material is consolidated to form a closed porous package sheathing, the closed porous package sheathing is internally provided with a cavity, meanwhile, a second powder material remains unconsolidated and encapsulated in the cavity of the closed porous package sheathing. The cavity of the closed porous package sheathing is vacuumized, so that the closed package sheathing is densified to form an air-sealed package sheathing, and hot isostatic pressing is conducted on the air-sealed package sheathing and the unconsolidated powder material in the air-sealed package sheathing. The invention further relates to a method for forming the closed package sheathing with the powder material in the interior, and the closed package sheathing with the powder material in the interior is applied to hot isostatic pressing.
