Problems solved by technology

On the one hand, high water content is one of the typical characteristics, and effective dehydration is the first step in their utilization as fuels, due to the presence of a large number of hydrophilic functional groups, the wrapping of water molecules by organic polymers, and the van der Waals force between bonds, etc. , the existing water molecules have high stability, the traditional mechanical dehydration and thermal drying dehydration have great limitations, the efficiency of mechanical dehydration is low, the energy consumption of thermal drying dehydration is high, and the dehydration method with low energy consumption and high efficiency is very necessary for its fuel utilization

Embodiment 1

[0040] Such as Figure 1-7 As shown, the upgrading and denitrification modification method of using high-nitrogen biomass waste as fuel includes a hydrothermal treatment unit, a dehydration unit, a drying unit, and a torrefaction unit for modifying high-nitrogen biomass waste in sequence, as well as providing energy The heat supply unit, the flue gas distribution unit and the slurry treatment unit and the water storage device of the balance material, the method includes the following steps:

[0041] (1) Under the thermal action of hydrothermal flue gas, the high-nitrogen biomass waste and softened water from the water storage device enter the hydrothermal treatment unit for mixing, and then perform hydrothermal preliminary upgrading and denitrification treatment to obtain preliminary modified slurry. The temperature of the hydrothermal treatment unit is controlled at 180°C to 210°C, and the hydrothermal treatment time is 10 minutes;

[0042] (2) The preliminary modified slurr...

Embodiment 2

[0057] Such as Figure 1-7 As shown, it is the same as Example 1, except that the high-nitrogen biomass waste is a mixture of antibiotic slag and peat, wherein the mass ratio of antibiotic slag and peat is 1:1.

[0058] In this embodiment, the mass ratio of demineralized water to high-nitrogen biomass waste is 0.08, and the hydrothermal treatment time is 60 minutes. The nitrogen of the preliminary modified slurry fuel obtained by the hydrothermal treatment unit is reduced by 46% to 55%, and the unit dry basis heat The value can be increased by 4% to 7%. The mass ratio of the modified dry fuel delivered to the fuel utilization unit and the heating unit is 10:1. The dehydration unit adopts mechanical filter press method for dehydration, the pressure is 6MPa, and the dehydration treatment time is 25min. rate dropped to 55% to 60%.

[0059] The drying unit adopts a horizontal drying box, such as Figure 4 As shown, the fuel channel is connected with auxiliary air that is opposi...

Abstract

The invention provides an upgrading and denitriding modification method by using high-nitrogen biomass wastes as fuel. In the upgrading and denitriding modification method, a hydrothermal treatment unit, a dewatering unit, a drying unit and a baking unit which are used for modifying the high-nitrogen biomass wastes in sequence, and a heat supply unit for supplying energy, a flue gas distribution unit, and a slurry treatment unit and a water storage device which are used for balancing a material are involved. By a reasonable coupling pretreatment process, effective upgrading (dewatering and increase of the energy density) and denitriding of the high-nitrogen biomass wastes are realized under basically self-heat-supplying and pollution-free conditions. The dry-basis heat value of the modified fuel is increased by 12 to 34 percent, the fuel denitriding rate is 55 to 75 percent, and the water content is 5 percent or below; efficient and clean thermochemical utilization of the rear end canbe realized; the method is simple in coupling process, high in operability, pollution-free, and extremely low in energy consumption and energy loss, and is a pretreatment method capable of effectivelyincreasing the reutilization value of the high-nitrogen biomass wastes.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of utilization of biomass resources, and in particular relates to a method for improving the quality and denitrification of high-nitrogen biomass waste as fuel. Background technique: [0002] In the fields of agriculture, forestry and industry, the residues, by-products or waste generated from the processing, production and utilization of biomass can be collectively referred to as biomass waste. Biomass waste accounts for the vast majority of my country's biomass resources, and the output is huge. According to statistics, the current annual output of agricultural, forestry and industrial biomass waste exceeds 900 million tons, 200 million tons and 400 million tons respectively. The use of thermochemical (pyrolysis, gasification or combustion) means to convert these biomass wastes into high value-added bio-based products or serve in the field of industrial and civil heating is a typical form of efficient res...
