Abstract

A low-temperature freezing device for fish sperms is disclosed. The device includes a foam heat-insulating box containing liquid nitrogen, a box cover at the top of the foam heat-insulating box, a storage box used for refrigerating fish sperms, a height adjusting gear, a temperature sensor and a digital thermometer. The storage box is put above the liquid nitrogen in the foam heat-insulating box.The height adjusting gear is connected to the storage box to adjust the height of the storage box relative to the liquid level of the liquid nitrogen. The temperature sensor is disposed at the bottomof the storage box, and is electrically connected to the digital thermometer. The liquid nitrogen used for freezing the fish sperms is disposed in the foam heat-insulating box, and the height of the storage box containing the fish sperms relative to the liquid surface of the liquid nitrogen is controlled by the height adjusting gear so as to control the freezing temperature of the fish sperms.
