Abstract

The invention relates to an eccentric distance collection and detection device. The device comprises a rack, a detection frame arranged on the rack, and an acquisition and detection assembly arrangedon the detection frame. A workpiece detection station is arranged below the detection frame; and a detection port communicated with the workpiece detection station is formed in the upper plane of thedetection frame. The acquisition and detection assembly includes a fixed pedestal fixed on the detection frame, a shaft rod penetrating the fixed pedestal movably in an axial direction, a moving end block connected to the end portion of the shaft rod, a limiting cylinder for limiting the moving end block, and a displacement sensor with a detection end connected to the moving end block. The movingend block is arranged in the detection port; and the lower end portion of the moving end block is arranged in the workpiece detection station. A pressure spring sleeves the shaft rod arranged betweenthe moving end block and the fixed pedestal. The detection device is capable of realizing automatic detection on the eccentric distance of a compressor; and the detection accuracy and efficiency are high.
