Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent paint coat care robot. The intelligent paint coat care robot comprises a visual system, a control system and a mechanical arm, wherein the visual system acquiresthe image of a to-be-cared vehicle, establishes the external model of the vehicle and transmits the external model to the control system through an RS232 serial port; the control system calculates therunning path of the mechanical arm and controls the movement of the mechanical arm through a CAN bus; and the mechanical arm does motion according to the running path so as to execute a paint coat care mission and feeds back the real-time state to the control system. The invention further provides a method which utilizes the intelligent paint coat care robot to carry out paint coat care.
