All steel pole structures are connected to form the connecting rod to play supporting and connecting roles, and are conveniently installed with the force sensor. The powerful magnet base is composed of a cylindrical magnet with powerful magnetic force and abolt perpendicular to the cylindrical surface; a structure formed by an assembly of the force sensor and the wind-force-measuring baffle through the powerful magnet base is vertically fastened to thebottom end of a crane span structure; and the measuring device can be effectively fastened at the bottom end of the crane span structure through the powerful magnet base to solve the fastening problem of the measuring device and accordingly to solve the problem that a level of the disturbing force of the blade frequency produced by rotating of a fan working on the crane span structure can be measured, and the air cooling island fan blade frequency disturbing force measuring device provides a strong data support to further accurately analysis and solve the vibration problem for the crane spanstructure.
