The platform layer comprises a PLC program editing module, a variable management module, a hardware configuration module and an interface configuration module. The terminal layer is provided with PLC series hardware and used for data processing and display, real-time control, fault diagnosis and alarm, PLC statement table analysis, hardware configuration analysis and communication protocol analysis. The configurable display control integrated PLC control systemis composed of two parts of a human-computer interface and a SKPLC terminal. The functions of PLC hardware statement table analysis, real-time control and fault diagnosis and alarm are realized, and the functions of interface configuration and hardware configuration analysis are additionally arranged. Differentiated customization and development of the integrated PLC control system can be performed according to different I/O input and output types, path number and communication modes of different models of PLC. The functions of logic program editing, variable management, hardware configurationand HMI configuration of the integrated PLC can be realized through the integrated PLC control system.
