The device comprises a valve body and a hollow valve element located in a valve cavity of the valve body, the valve bodyand the valve element form a valve structure, and connection and disconnection between an air inlet pipe and a water outlet hole are controlled; the water outlet hole is communicated with the atmosphere, a return spring is arranged on the valve element, and the cavity of the valve element is communicated with the air inlet pipe; the return spring is located in a spring cavity, and the spring cavity is isolated from the cavity of the valve element and is communicated with the atmosphere. When an internal combustion engine operates, the pressurization pressure acting force on the top of the valve element overcomes the pre-tightening force of the return spring, so that the valve structure closes a channel between a drainage channel and the water outlet hole; after the internal combustion engine is shut down, the pressure in the air inlet pipe is reduced to the ambient atmospheric pressure, the spring force enables the valve element to move upwards to open the channel between the drainagechannel and the water outlet hole, and condensed water is discharged out of an air inlet system.
