Abstract

The apparatus comprises a substrate used for fixing a light source and supporting a lens barrel, wherein the light source is used for emitting a light beam; a lens arranged on the lens barrel and used for receiving and collecting the light beam emitted by the light source; a transparent substrate arranged on the lens barrel, wherein one side of the transparent substrate comprises a diffraction pattern structure, and the transparent substrate is used for receiving the light beam collected by the lens and projecting the patterning light beam; the monitoring film including a transparent conductive film attached to the surface of the transparent substrate corresponding to a surface on which the diffraction pattern structure is located; and a control circuit electrically connected with the monitoring film and the light source and used for controlling the light-emitting state ofthe light source through measurement of the completeness of the monitoring film.
