A pushing rod piston is arranged at one end of the pushing rod assembly and penetrates through an upper end cover of the longitudinally-inclined oil cylinder to be arranged in an inner cavity of the longitudinally-inclined oil cylinder in a matched mode. A one-way valve communicating with the exterior and adopting one-way oil entering is further arranged on the upper end cover of the longitudinally-inclined oil cylinder. The pushing rod piston is provided with two flow passes communicating with inner cavities of the upper side and the lower side of the pushing rod piston, one of the flow passes conducts one-way return stop through a steel ball supported by a spring, and hydraulic oil flows from the inner cavity of the upper side of the pushing rod piston to the inner cavity of the lower side of the pushing rod piston in a one-way mode.
