Abstract

The invention discloses a rotating control device for operation and engagement anomaly of a gear pump. The rotating control device comprises a machine body (1), wherein a rotating induction module (2), a viscosity induction module (3), a pumping metering module (4) and a management module (5) are arranged on the machine body (1); during operation, the rotating induction module (2) is arranged on amachine body rotating part for inducting a rotating direction of the machine body rotating part; the viscosity induction module (3) is used for inducting a material viscosity condition; the pumping metering module (4) is used for inducting a discharge condition; the management module (5) is used for processing comprehensive information; an adhesive reducing module (6) is arranged on the viscosityinduction module (3); when material viscosity is inducted to be too great, materials are increased to reduce viscosity; a timing setting module (7) is arranged on the pumping metering pump (4) for setting a quantity condition of discharged materials within certain time; and a prompting module (8) is arranged on the management module (5). The material viscosity and the rotating direction of the machine body are controlled, so that discharge anomaly is avoided, and therefore, operations are smooth.
