The long core holder comprises a holder barrel, a rubber sleeve, a core chamber bracket, a plug system, ameasuring system and a confining pressure pump, wherein an annular confining pressure cavity is formed between the holder barrel and the rubber sleeve and is wrapped by the rubber sleeve to form a core chamber, and the core chamber bracket is arranged at the bottom of the core chamber; the plug system comprises an inlet end plug and an outlet end plug located at two ends of the holder; the measuring system comprises insulating sleeves, saturation probes and radial measuring points; small holes are oppositely formed in the surface of the holder barrel in a radial direction; the insulating sleeves are matched with the radial measuring points, the saturation probes are arranged in the insulating sleeves and are connected with a long core after passing through the rubber sleeve, and the confining pressure pump is communicated with the confining pressure cavity through the pipe via an annular pressure hole in the holder barrel.
