Abstract

The level generating circuit comprises a power supply module, a first reference voltage generating module, a second reference voltage generating module, a driving voltage generating module and a first capacitor, wherein the power supply module is used for generating first power supply voltage and second power supply voltage; the first reference voltage generating module is used for generating first reference voltage according to the second power supply voltage; the second reference voltage generating module is used for generating second reference voltage according to the first power supply voltage; the driving voltage generating module is used for generating first driving voltage and second driving voltage according tothe first power supply voltage, and the first driving voltage and the second driving voltage provide working voltage needed by a post-stage circuit; the first capacitor is connected between the output end of the first reference voltage generating module and the output end of the second reference voltage generating module, so that the first reference voltage is smaller than the second reference voltage.
