The method comprises the steps of preparing seeds of the agropyroncristatum, a sponge and a seedling raising plate; enabling the sponge to suck water to reach a jelly shape, putting the sponge into the seedling raising plate, and adding water to the height being two-thirds of the height of the sponge; uniformly spreading the seeds of the agropyron cristatum on the sponge, spraying mist to moisten the seeds, and covering the seedling raising plate by a seedlingraising plate lid for shading and moisturizing; putting the seedling raising plate into a constant-temperature box, setting the temperature at 14-16 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 10-14h; thensetting the temperature at 19-21 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 10-14h; taking down the lid, observing the whitening conditions of the seeds, after the seeds show white color (radicles beginto emerge), turning on an LED for illumination, and keeping illumination for 10-14h; performing observation, and when the radicle length of seedlings of the agropyron cristatum is 0.5-1cm, beginning to transplant the seedlings; moving the seedlings to seedling raising cotton by using tweezers; and performing cultivation for 13-17 days on the seedling raising cotton, and transplanting the seedlingsto a planting area.
