Embodiment Construction

[0021] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Hereinafter, the direction in which the rotation shaft of the motor extends is simply referred to as "axial direction", the direction perpendicular to the rotation shaft centered on the motor rotation shaft is simply referred to as "radial direction", and the direction along the circle centered on the rotation shaft of the motor The direction of the arc is simply referred to as "circumferential". In addition, in the following, for convenience of description, the axial direction is defined as the vertical direction, and the figure 2 The shape and positional relationship of each part will be described as the up-down direction of the motor. In addition, the definition of the up-down direction does not limit the direction in which the motor is used. In addition, hereinafter, a sectional view parallel to the axial direction is referred to as a "longitudi...

Abstract

The invention provides a stator manufacturing method and a motor. The stator comprises the components of a stator core which has an annular iron core back with central axis that extends in the vertical direction and a plurality of tooth parts that extend from the inner circumferential side of the iron core back to inside and are separately configured in the circumferential direction; a coil whichwinds the tooth part; and a leading-out wire which is led out from the coil along an axial direction and is formed for becoming a leading-out wire formed member, wherein the leading-out wire formed member is provided with a first linear part which extends in a direction that is crossed with the axial direction and a second linear part that extends in the axial direction. The stator manufacturing method comprises the steps of a step of preparing a non-finished stator which has a before-formed leading-out wire that extends from the coil along the axial direction; a step of configuring an inner mold to the central axis side of the leading-out wire; a step of configuring an outer mold to the side which is opposite from the central axis of the leading-out wire; and a step of clamping the leading-out wire by means of the inner mold and the outer mold, thereby forming the first linear part and the second linear part.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a stator and a motor. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, as a stator of a motor, a stator having a plurality of coils arranged annularly in the circumferential direction is known. The stator has lead wires extending from each coil for connection to a circuit board, bus bars, and the like. Furthermore, JP-A-2014-158413 discloses a technique related to a lead wire extending from a coil. [0003] The conventional terminal wire molding method described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2014-158413 uses a workpiece receiver, a clamper, and two claws. The workpiece receiving member is provided with a stator capable of rotating in the circumferential direction. The holder clamps the terminal wire extending from the winding to shape the terminal wire. The two claws are arranged on both sides in the circumferential direction of the terminal wire. In this forming method of the terminal wir...
