The preparation method aims to reduce vacuum evaporation difficulty of an aluminum film layer and enables purity of the vacuum-evaporated aluminum film layer to be relatively high. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: vacuum evaporating an aluminum foil layer covered with a substrate film on the surface of the substrate film; patterning the aluminum foil layer according to set patterns to obtain a hollow-out aluminum film, and forming curing photoresist in an aluminum foil hollow-out region of the hollow-out aluminum film; forming colorized color resistance on the surface of the hollow-out aluminum film; and forming a surface-layer film on the surface of the colorized color resistance and the surface of the curing photoresist. The aluminum-washing composite packaging film is prepared from the preparation method. The aluminum-washing composite packaging film and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention are used in aluminum-washing packaging bags.
