Abstract

The invention discloses a pulley capable of preventing a flexible shaft from being derailed. The pulley is arranged on the flexible shaft of a switch cabinet valve opening mechanism. The pulley comprises a step shaft; a first protection plate, a ball bearing and a second protection plate are arranged on the step shaft; a square hole in the top of the first protection plate is blocked by a prism atthe end of a step on the step shaft so that the first protection plate cannot rotate; and the second protection plate connected with the first protection plate also cannot rotate either, and simply the ball bearing clamped between the two protection plates can make rotary motion on the step shaft, so that the situation that the ball bearing is the only moving component is guaranteed. When the pulley is in use, the flexible shaft, according to the requirement of a transmission path, penetrates into gaps of a screw and the ball bearing, so that the flexible shaft can surround the external wallof the ball bearing in a half manner. The flexible shaft makes linear motion, and the friction between the flexible shaft and the ball bearing allows the ball bearing to roll. The screw prevents the flexible shaft from falling off the pulley, the problems of flexible shaft clamping stagnation and winding are solved, and the situation that a switch cabinet valve can be opened normally is ensured.
