The material receiving devicefurther comprises a feeding bending assembly, wherein the feeding bending assembly is arranged at one side of a feeding base plate. The feeding bending assembly comprises a first vertical swing arm, afirst horizontal swing arm and a first bending rotating shaft. The first vertical swing arm is connected with the first horizontal swing arm, and the first horizontal swing arm is connected with thefirst bending rotating shaft. A splayed first through groove is formed in the end of the first bending rotating shaft and allows an insertion pin row to penetrate. The material receiving device further comprises a material receiving bending assembly, wherein the material receiving bending assembly is arranged at one side of a material receiving base plate. The material receiving bending assembly comprises a second vertical swing arm, a second horizontal swing arm and a second bending rotating shaft.
