Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing a special oil product. Naphthenic distillated oil is adopted as a raw material, and special naphthenic oil is produced by using a two-section serial hydrogenation process with hydrogenation treatment and deep supplementary refining. A hydrogenation reaction effluent is stripped and fed into a deep supplementary refining reaction area, the deep supplementary refining reaction area is filled with two supplementary refining catalysts, and according to different characteristics of raw materials, different types of special naphthenic oil products are produced by adopting different combination modes of supplementary refining catalysts. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in procedure and wide in raw material applicability and can be applicable to a special oil production process which is good in hydrogenation stability with various raw materials.
