Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing MTBE by reactive distillation and its wastewater treatment method. Using tert-butanol and methanol as etherification raw materials, wherein tert-butanol comes from co-oxidation to produce propylene oxide by-product; the traditional reactive distillation column including the reaction section and rectification section is split into two parts, and the reaction section is divided into two parts. The form of the side reactor is mounted outside the rectification tower, and multiple side reactors can be used to ensure the conversion rate of raw materials; the generated etherification wastewater is extracted and rectified to realize the removal of impurities and the circulation of the extractant. The problem of device shutdown caused by frequent catalyst replacement is solved and the conversion rate of TBA is improved. By means of reactive distillation and extraction, the content of organic matter in wastewater is reduced, so that wastewater can meet the water quality requirements of biochemical treatment.
