The device comprises a control component used for controlling a power supply component to separately provide corresponding time reversal voltages for multiple ultrasonic transducers according to time reversal voltage signals corresponding to the multiple ultrasonic transducers; the multiple ultrasonic transducers used for emittingmultiple ultrasonic signals according to the time reversal voltages; a flexible substrate made of a flexible polymer material and used for carrying the multiple ultrasonic transducers, the power supply component and the control component, wherein the multiple ultrasonic signals can generate resonance on the transducer in the device to be charted, so that the transducer in the device to be chartedconverts the mechanical energy of the multiple ultrasonic signals into electrical energy to charge the battery of the device to be charged. By adoption of the ultrasonic charging method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the energy provided for the device to be charged is high, the charging efficiency is high, the charging time is short, no damage is generated to living body and the human body, and the device can be attached to the skin surface for easy carrying.
