Abstract

The sound absorbing barrier is formed by building cement-based ceramsite sound absorbing materials, wherein each cement-based ceramsite sound absorbing material is prepared from components in percentage as follows: 60%-65% of ceramsite, 35%-40% of cement, 1.2% of a water reducing agent and 0.3% of polypropylene fiber and has the density of 1,220-1,430 kg / m<3> and the 7d compressive strength of 7.4-11.3 MPa, wherein the water-cement ratio is 0.19. According to the cement-based sound-absorbing material, the mold size can be adjusted according todifferent molds and use environments, so that the rapid building purpose is achieved. The cement-based ceramsite sound-absorbing material adopts a concrete structure, manufacturing of the sound absorbing barrier can be performed synchronously in the construction process of a highway, and the sound absorbing barrier is firm in structure, low in manufacturing cost and lower in construction cost.
