Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetic bead reagent for a chemiluminescence immunoassay reagent. The magnetic bead reagent is prepared from immunomagnetic beads, a basic solution and a thickening agent. The physical form of the reagent is temperature-dependent, that is, the reagent is colloidal or solid under a certain temperature condition. The fluidity of the reagent is extremely low, the physicalform of the reagent is liquid as the temperature rises, the fluidity is restored, and the immunomagnetic beads are uniformly dispersed in the reagent and are not prone to settling. When the reagent isin a colloidal or solid form, the loss caused by adhesion of the immunomagnetic beads to packaging films or tube walls in the cold chain transportation process can be effectively avoided, and accordingly, detection accuracy is guaranteed; when the physical form is not liquid due to temperature change, the immunomagnetic beads are uniformly dispersed in the reagent and are not prone to settling. Consistency of the magnetic bead component reagent can be ensured during subpackaging. The magnetic bead reagent is suitable for luminescent immunoassay kits, especially kits or reagent strips for POCT(point-of-care testing).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a magnetic bead reagent used for chemiluminescent immunoassay reagents, which is suitable for chemiluminescent immunoassay reagents and belongs to the technical field of medicine. Background technique [0002] Immunomagnetic beads are usually made of small metal particles (Fe 2 o 3 or Fe 3 o 4 ) core and polymer materials containing specific chemical groups. Immunomagnetic beads have superparamagnetism and can be evenly dispersed in the solution. The functional groups on the surface such as amino, carboxyl, sulfhydryl, etc. can be covalently or non-covalently coupled with antibodies, and then bind to the corresponding antigen or antibody. Under the action of a magnetic field, it can be quickly adsorbed to achieve the purpose of purifying genes, proteins, cells, microorganisms, etc. 1374-1385). In addition, immunomagnetic beads have good surface effect, large specific surface area, large functional groups and selective ads...
