Abstract

The invention discloses a method of constructing a customer grouping model, which is suitable to be executed in a computing device. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the attribute data of a plurality of users, the historical behavior data of each user on a target website within a predetermined period and the short message recommendation record sent by the target website to the users within the predetermined period; calculating multiple feature values of each user according to the attribute data and the historical behavior data obtained, and constructing the multiple feature values of each user into a feature vector; marking the purchase attribute category of each user according to the short message recommendation record and the historical behavior data obtained; constructing a training set by taking the feature vector of each user and the corresponding purchase attribute category as a sample; and with the feature vector of each user as input and the purchase attributecategory as output, training the training set by using a predetermined algorithm to obtain the customer grouping model. The invention further discloses a corresponding computing device.
